1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between the Practitioner, hereinafter referred to as “the Service Provider”, and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, wishing to benefit from wellness massage services offered via the website www.heal-touch.com.
The massages offered are intended solely for relaxation and well-being and have no medical, therapeutic, or sexual purpose.
2. Services Offered
The Service Provider offers wellness massage sessions (relaxation, energetic, sensory, etc.), the descriptions, durations, and prices of which are presented on the website or communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
These services do not replace any medical or paramedical treatment.
2. Conduct and Ethics
The massages offered are strictly non-sexual.
Any inappropriate, ambiguous, or disrespectful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, with no possibility of refund.
The services are available to adults, to minors only with the written consent of a legal guardian.
3. Conditions of Access to Services
The Client agrees to inform the Service Provider, prior to the session, of any health condition, pregnancy, pathology, allergy, or contraindication.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or interrupt a session if the Client’s health condition does not allow the massage to be carried out safely.
4. Appointment Booking
Appointments may be booked:
- via the website,
- by phone,
- by email.
Any appointment booking implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.
Accepted payment methods include:
- cash,
- bank card,
- online payment (where applicable).
Payment is due:
- either at the time of booking,
- or on the day of the session, according to the terms specified when booking.
6. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards are:
- valid for 6 months from the date of purchase,
- non-refundable,
- not exchangeable for cash.
If not used before the expiration date, the gift card will be considered forfeited.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
In the event of late cancellation, unjustified absence, the session may be charged or deducted from a gift card or package.
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in case of force majeure.
8. Late Arrival
In the event of late arrival by the Client, the session duration may be reduced, the price will remain unchanged.
After 15 minutes of delay, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the session.
9. Liability
The Service Provider undertakes to carry out their activity in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for:
- health issues not disclosed by the Client,
- reactions linked to unknown contraindications.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used solely within the scope of the client relationship and is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
In accordance with GDPR regulations, the Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
11. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of the Service Provider’s place of business.
12. Acceptance of the Terms
Any booking or purchase of a service implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
